The apartment is quiet, fully furnished with antique furniture and an old piano, has new oak parquet flooring, and the kitchen is equipped with some dishes. Therefore, it is particularly suitable for temporary use.

Electricity and gas for the central heating and the cooktop are billed directly to the utility company and are consumption-based. The condensing gas boiler can be adjusted to your needs using a programmable controller. Cables are also available directly (TV, internet, telephone) if necessary.

A washing machine is available for use in the basement. To avoid the risk of water damage, no washing machine or dishwasher is allowed in the apartment.

Heating is via a gas condensing boiler, which also produces hot water in the storage tank. Operating costs for gas and electricity are, of course, consumption-dependent and only estimated. The heating controls can be programmed for economical use.

The poster wallpaper should be to your liking – it must not be wallpapered or painted over.

Die Wohnung ist ruhig, mit alten Möbeln komplett möbliert, neuer Eichenparkettboden, die Küche mit etwas Geschirr ausgestattet. Deshalb ist sie für befristeten Bedarf besonders geeignet.
Strom und Gas für die Etagenheizung und das Kochfeld sind mit den Versorgern direkt abzurechnen und verbrauchsabhängig. Die Brennwert-Gastherme ist mit programmierbarer Regelung den Bedürfnissen anzupassen. Kabel ebenfalls gegebenenfalls direkt (TV, Internet, Telefon)
Eine Waschmaschine steht zur Benutzung im UG Zur Vermeidung des Wasserschadensrisikos darf in der Wohnung keine Wasch- oder Spülmaschine sein.
Beheizung über Gas Brennwerttherme, diese macht auch Warmwasser im Speucher Die Betriebskosten für Gas und Strom sind natürlich verbrauchsabhängi und nur geschätzt. Für sparsamen Verbrauch kann die Heizungsregelung programmiert werden.
